ABOUT PEAP
The Penphoria Etiquette & Arts Program (PEAP) is a youth initiative programmed to cultivate etiquette, character, leadership, and creative expression. Through guided discussions, workshops, service projects, and arts-based experiences, young people build confidence, strengthen life skills, and develop a deeper sense of purpose.
Rooted in the PEAP Promise and our Rules of the Road, participants are encouraged to believe in themselves, honor their values, and grow into leaders who positively impact their communities. Through writing, the arts, service, and enrichment experiences, youth are empowered to write, perform, serve, and excel. |

Character & Etiquette Development
Students cultivate integrity, respect, responsibility, and self-discipline while learning the importance of empathy, accountability, and positive decision-making. Diplomacy &
Conflict Resolution Students practice listening skills, sharing different points of view, and engaging in peaceful problem-solving while maintaining maturity, grace, self-respect, and respect for others. Service &
Community Engagement Students engage in community service initiatives that promote civic responsibility, compassion, and a commitment to improving their communities. |
